Chemsex Check-in Tool

This quiz is designed to help you take an honest look at your relationship with chems (drugs used in a sexual context, sometimes called chemsex). It’s not a medical diagnosis, but it can provide insight into patterns that may be affecting your health, relationships, or safety.

You’ll be asked 10 short questions about things and for each one, choose the answer that best matches your experience. When you finish, you’ll get a score along with personalised feedback in one of three categories. Your answers are completely private — they aren’t stored, tracked, or shared. The quiz is for your own reflection, so you can make informed choices that work for you.

1. Do you ever feel out of control when using chems?
2. Have you missed work, important plans, or responsibilities because of chem use?
3. Do you ever use chems alone or with people you don’t know or trust?
4. Have you taken risks during sex while on chems that you later felt uneasy about?
5. Do you find it hard to stop once you’ve started a session?
6. Have you mixed G with alcohol or other depressants (like benzos)?
7. Do you feel anxious, low, or regretful after coming down?
8. Has anyone expressed concern about your chem use or behaviour during sessions?
9. Have you needed more chems to feel the same effects over time?
10. Do you use chems to escape, avoid feelings, or cope with difficult emotions?

Your results will appear here.
