These groups are open to anyone looking to make changes and connect with like-minded individuals on a similar path.

Ready for the Weekend

Every Friday, 7pm - 8pm

Online peer support and social space to meet with others at a triggering time and start the weekend out well.

Every Tuesday, 6-7:30pm

For all LGBTQ+ people who are looking to make changes around substance use. Peer support space, facilitated by people with lived experience.

SMART Recovery

Every Thursday, 6-7:30pm

A group using SMART tools which are based in cognitive behavioral therapy.

Wellbeing Walk

2nd Wednesday of every month,

10:30am-2pm

At various parks around Manchester.

​

A very relaxed paced walk, to get outdoors and meet others in recovery outside of a traditional group setting and connect with nature.

12 Step

There are also a range of 12 step groups across the city - e.g. Crystal Meth Anonymous and Narcotics Anonymous groups - including some LGBT specific ones.
